Precast Engineer

Tree Top Staffing is conducting a confidential search for a Precast Engineer with practical experience in precast concrete design, coordination, detailing, or project delivery. This onsite role supports a multidisciplinary engineering and design organization in the Fond du Lac area.

Responsibilities

Apply engineering principles to precast concrete design and project execution.

Support coordination, detailing, review, and constructability across precast projects.

Collaborate with engineers, designers, technicians, and project leaders.

Contribute to technical problem-solving and accurate project documentation.

Help maintain quality and consistency throughout the design process.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in a relevant engineering discipline.

Hands-on precast engineering experience is strongly preferred.

Sound engineering fundamentals and the ability to work in a specialized precast environment.

Clear communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to contribute independently and as part of a collaborative team.
