Tree Top Staffing is supporting a search for an Account Manager focused on cloud and data-platform sales. The role blends account development, consultative technology selling, pipeline management, and long-term customer growth in a hybrid California market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow strategic accounts for cloud, data, analytics, and platform solutions.
  • Build relationships with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
  • Translate customer needs into clear solution and commercial plans.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, account activity, and follow-through.
  • Coordinate with delivery, engineering, product, and partner teams throughout the sales cycle.

    • Qualifications

  • Experience selling cloud, data-platform, analytics, or adjacent enterprise technology solutions.
  • Strong account planning, discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage a complex pipeline and communicate with both technical and business audiences.
  • Consistent record of building customer relationships and closing revenue.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment serving the Santa Clara County market.
