Tree Top Staffing is supporting a direct-hire search for an experienced CNC Machinist in an aerospace and precision-manufacturing environment. The role works onsite on a weekend schedule and focuses on complex parts, tight tolerances, multi-axis equipment, and disciplined quality documentation.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, including multi-axis equipment.
Read engineered drawings, blueprints, GD&T, work instructions, and router packets.
Inspect work in process with precision measuring equipment and adjust offsets as needed.
Monitor tooling, machine performance, part quality, safety, and production flow.
Maintain accurate production, inspection, and maintenance records.
Qualifications
At least three years of CNC machining experience.
Experience with complex setups, precision parts, and regulated manufacturing is preferred.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and use common inspection tools.
Strong mechanical aptitude, math skills, troubleshooting ability, and attention to detail.
Ability to work onsite in Claremore and support 12-hour weekend shifts.
