Responsibilities
Support employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, policy administration, and HR documentation.
Coordinate benefits, leave, payroll inputs, records, and routine compliance processes.
Respond to employee and manager questions with clear, practical guidance.
Maintain accurate HRIS and personnel records.
Support recruiting, training, engagement, and process-improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Progressive human-resources generalist or HR operations experience.
Working knowledge of employment practices, confidentiality, and documentation standards.
Strong communication, organization, service orientation, and follow-through.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive information.
Bilingual communication skills may be valuable depending on the supported workforce.
