Tree Top Staffing is recruiting a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects from initiation through completion. The role manages scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
Define scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
Build and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and action logs.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Track milestones, risks, issues, changes, and decisions.
Communicate progress clearly and keep projects aligned with business objectives.
Evaluate outcomes and recommend improvements to project-delivery processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience managing projects, timelines, budgets, resources, and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of project-management methods, tools, and best practices.
Strong organization, leadership, communication, and analytical problem-solving.
Project-management certification is preferred but not required for every candidate.
