Tree Top Staffing is recruiting a hands-on recruiter to manage high-volume sourcing, screening, candidate communication, interview coordination, and hiring follow-through for a Greater Chicago Area organization.
Responsibilities
Partner with hiring leaders to clarify openings, priorities, and selection criteria.
Source and screen candidates across multiple channels and talent pools.
Manage candidate communication, interview coordination, feedback, and offer follow-through.
Maintain accurate applicant-tracking records and recruiting activity data.
Support a timely, organized, and candidate-focused hiring process.
Qualifications
Prior full-cycle or high-volume recruiting experience.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple active requisitions and shifting priorities.
Comfort using applicant-tracking and recruiting tools.
Clear written and verbal communication; bilingual capability may be preferred for the supported workforce.
